Survey, master plan, and original landscape design for Mueller Berkman Street mixed-use development, located on 3.5 acres off of Berkman Drive immediately across from the historic Airport Control Tower. Other fun ideas incorporated in the next evolution of the design are the signage and branding of the building. The team is exploring the revival of the “split flap display boards” reminiscent of original “arrival and departure” signage seen all over the world in transit stations.
