Full scope of professional services for the Juniper Heights townhomes, a dense, infill redevelopment project in Central East Austin. This is the densest project of its kind in Austin and the first such project to feature truly urban fee-simple townhomes. In permitting the project, MWM worked closely with jurisdictional authorities, including the Austin Water Utility, Austin Energy, and the Austin Fire Department to develop policies and procedures applicable to urban housing. The precedents established through these negotiations have been utilized to facilitate subsequent housing projects, including townhouse projects under construction at SouthShore (of East Riverside Drive) and under design for Mueller.
