Responsibilities:
- Utilize Civil 3D to create detailed construction documents.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines on projects.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of Civil 3D experience in a professional office (Public Works/Infrastructure preferred).
- Autodesk Civil 3D Certification (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.

MWM is experiencing sustained growth and is looking for an Architect with proven leadership and business development skills to take the helm of our architecture group. As a multi-discipline firm providing architectural, civil, landscape, surveying and permitting services, this is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader.

- Registration as an Architect in Texas
- 15+ years of experience with 3+ year managing a team
- Proficiency in project management, including contracting and scheduling
- Ability to expand markets in the private sector
- Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Working knowledge of Revit
