MWM DesignGroup, a multidisciplinary firm, is looking for a self-directed and proven Surveying Project Manager experienced with an emphasis on public sector projects. You’ll have the opportunity to manage survey projects, engage with designers on public infrastructure projects, and work with our team of civil engineers, architects, and landscape architects. Attributes for this position:
- 2+ years of experience as a Survey Project Manager; 2+ years as a Project Surveyor/Coordinator.
- Registration as a Professional Surveyor in Texas, RPLS.
- Proficiency in project management, including preparation and negotiation of survey fee proposals.
- Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture.
- Ability to communicate well with clients.
- Experience with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

MWM DesignGroup is looking for a self-directed and proven Surveying Group Leader experienced with public sector projects. You’ll have the opportunity to lead an established surveying practice (since 1980) in a multi-disciplined woman-owned/led (WBE) design firm, manage survey projects and teams, and engage with designers on public infrastructure and land development projects, while working with our team of civil engineers, architects, and landscape architects.

MWM is experiencing sustained growth and is looking for a Senior Architect with proven leadership and business development skills to take the helm of our architecture group. - Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors and other disciplines on projects.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Attributes for this position:
- 3-7 years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience in a professional office.
- Pipeline drafting experience required.
- Autodesk Civil 3D Certification.
- Interest in working on Infrastructure projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
