This isn’t your average desk job! You’ll be working outside across Austin and Central Texas, getting hands-on training from experienced pros. MWM is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our land surveying team. This entry-level role is perfect for those interested in starting a career in land surveying. You’ll receive hands-on training and guidance from experienced professionals while assisting with various field tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

· Assist field crews by handling equipment, clearing sightlines, and supporting survey tasks.

· Help with boundary and topographic survey projects.

· Learn to identify, measure, and tag trees.

· Follow safety protocols on job sites.

· Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

What we’re looking for:

· Ready to Learn: You don’t need a ton of experience- 0-2 years is perfect! We’ll teach you what you need to know.

· Team Player: You like working with others and can get along with anyone.

· Up for anything: You enjoy working outside, even when the weather isn’t perfect.

· Responsible: You have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

· Physical Requirements: You can carry up to 40 pounds of gear.

· Reliable: You’ll be representing MWM out in the field, so we need you to be on your game.
