This New Office Building at JJ Pickle Research Campus (PRC) for the Applied Research Laboratories (ARL) will provide much-needed additional office and work space and will be located adjacent to and connected to the existing ARL complex at PRC (south of Building 35). MWM provided survey and civil engineering services including an assessment of multiple sites for this new office building, and drainage analysis for the southeast corner of the campus, and support for improvements to the Central Plant. The civil engineering design included the reroute of a drainage channel around the proposed building site, protection of heritage live oak trees, and relocation of previously unmapped campus utilities.
