Qualifications:
- EIT Certificate or Texas PE license
- 2+ years of experience as an EIT or PE license
- Experience with Civil 3D
- Experience with Bentley StormCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS

MWM DesignGroup is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant that will support our CEO. We are looking for someone ready to collaborate with the CEO to
advance company initiatives and goals. This is a critical role that requires someone with enthusiasm and the ability to get things done.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks for this Position
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion – especially matters involving personnel and financial operations.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and contacts. Coordinate meetings; act as a liaison on behalf of the CEO in person and in writing. Prepare expense reports and reconciliations monthly with Accounting on the CEO’s behalf.
- Opportunity to assist with data analytics, KPI tracking, and other critical business components. Support CEO with research and collecting various data resources utilizing Excel to review data, prepare rate sheets, gather metrics and more.
- Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Manage all CEO’s memberships & subscriptions and their renewals / payments.
- Coordinate with outside Boards and Committees that the CEO serves on. Organize/draft/prepare materials needed by the CEO to prepare for these meetings. Assist in preparation of agendas, minutes, and other documents as needed.
- Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
- Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelors in Business or Communications preferred)
- 7+ years of executive C-level support experience; with 3 years supporting a CEO, preferred
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote and PowerPoint). Ability to create and assemble professional documents.
- Ability to analyze data in excel using pivot tables, formulas, etc.

MWM DesignGroup is looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join our Accounting Team. This position will be an integral part of our firm’s accounting operations and will require great attention to detail and an intense level of accuracy. This position works under our Accounting Manager for all accounting matters, as well as with employees.
The Senior Accountant:
- maintains a complete and systematic set of records of business transactions, using generally accepted accounting principles and internal controls.
- prepares reports to show receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable and payable, and various other financial information, as required by Management.
- must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- will have the ability to work independently on tasks, from conception to completion, must be able to work under pressure at times, and will be able to handle a wide variety of activities.
Essential Functions:
Accounts Receivable
- Process monthly invoices to clients, ensuring any unique client billing requirements are met.
- Apply deposits to client invoices and research discrepancies.
- Assist with collections and AR reporting for Management.
- Correspond with clients regarding invoices, payments, and inquiries.
Accounts Payable
- Review and process vendor invoices.
- Review and process subconsultant invoices, ensuring proper application to projects.
- Review and process employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare AP reports and disbursements on a bi-weekly basis.
- Obtain and process all receipts and documentation from company credit card holders.
Project Accounting
- Set up and maintain projects in the ERP system[DW1] .
- Review proposals and contracts to ensure proper billing procedures.
- Timely compliance reporting to government agencies.
General Accounting
- Maintain multiple shared accounting email inboxes.
- Process incoming mail in accounting box.
- Credit card reconciliations.
- Assists with bank reconciliations.
- Other general accounting tasks/projects as assigned.
- Assists in identifying and/or developing efficient business processes.
- Assists with developing and documenting company accounting policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration desired – or equivalency in work experience.
- Minimum of 7 years progressive experience required, in an accounting role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting tasks.
- Experienced in using Unanet, BST, Vision, or Vantagepoint with an A/E firm highly preferred.
- Ability to work 45 hours per week in a hybrid office environment, with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office.
