• Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas
• Must have 10 years' experience w/ 5 years of PM experience in site development
• Proficiency in land development project management, including contracting and scheduling
• Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Experience with City of Austin and TCEQ permitting processes, preferred
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D
• Experience with stormwater management modeling software such as Bentley StormCAD, HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS, or EPA SWMM
