Mr. Vaughan joined MWM as the Lead Permitting Specialist in April 2017. Mark brings over 12 years in the Austin permit scene, Mark’s experience includes building and site permitting for both commercial and residential development as well as plan review and code consultation experience with a strong emphasis on international building code interpretation. Mark served in the United States Navy as a Signalman from 1996-2000 and holds an Associates of Arts in Language from Austin Community College.
