Mr. Bass has joined our Civil Engineering Land Development Group as a Project Manager. Jason brings 10 years of experience in a variety of land development work including grading and earthwork, utility system design, storm water management, SWPPP/erosion control preparation, site and street paving, site assessment, and feasibility studies.

Jason is a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, is a licensed engineer, and is LEED AP certified. He is currently a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Floodplain Management Association, and the Urban Land Institute.
